Erick Araujo

Erick Araujo is the Co-Founder and Administrator of All Pediatrics & Family Care, bringing decades of experience in business management, technology, healthcare, and operations.

His professional career began in project management, working for one of the largest mechanical contracting firms in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. In this role, he helped oversee large-scale commercial construction projects, developing expertise in leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver complex projects.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Erick later founded and operated his own computer technology business, providing computer system design, installation, networking, and programming services for clients across multiple industries. His work focused on creating customized technology solutions that improved efficiency and supported business growth, earning him a reputation for innovation, reliability, and exceptional customer service.

During the years he owned and operated his technology company, Erick also served as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with the Sandy Spring Fire Department in Maryland. His dedication to emergency medical care and community service earned him the prestigious EMS Provider of the Year Award for Montgomery County, Maryland, in 2001, recognizing his outstanding commitment and excellence in patient care.

Today, as Co-Founder and Administrator of All Pediatrics & Family Care, Erick combines his diverse background in healthcare, business ownership, technology, and project management to help guide the practice's operations and long-term vision. He is committed to creating an efficient, patient-centered environment where families receive compassionate, high-quality care. His leadership and dedication to service continue to play a vital role in the growth and success of the practice and the communities it serves.

Erick is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to communicate effectively with and serve a diverse patient population.

Outside of work, Erick enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren and values every opportunity to create lasting family memories. He is also a devoted dog lover and especially enjoys spending time with his beloved Yorkshire Terrier, Newt, who is a cherished member of the family.
